I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk down to the beach and close to the lively Goth events in Whitby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the 'Silver Service' restaurant was not as exceptional as expected.
